We often do tenant improvements (also called leasehold improvements) in commercial buildings, which are customizations of a leased space to meet the needs of the tenant. Examples of businesses we regularly help are hair salons, restaurants, and coffee shops.

BD Plumbing is licensed to do work in Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, Surrey, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Langley, and White Rock. We have liability insurance of $5 million and are also bonded gas fitters.

    Send me your blueprints and I'll come for a site meeting with you to discuss the scope of work. Then I can send you a quote for the work and an estimated timeline.
  2. Schedule and Permits
    We discuss the schedule for doing the work and get the necessary plumbing and gas permits.
  3. Get the Work Done
    At the scheduled time, our team will come and complete the work. Depending on the scope of the project, the city may send someone to do an inspection and approve the work.
